Welcome to Virat Scrappers, a Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility (RVSF). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your engagement with our services, including the sale of your End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) to us. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility for Scrapping
To sell an ELV to Virat Scrappers, you must be the registered owner of the vehicle and possess all necessary legal documents. The vehicle must meet the criteria for an ELV as per government regulations.
3. Vehicle Acquisition Process
a. Lead Generation & Contact
Upon receiving your information or lead, our office staff will contact you to discuss your ELV and our scrapping services. We may use your contact details to send bulk SMS and WhatsApp messages regarding our services.
b. Valuation & Offer
We will provide an estimated valuation for your ELV. This valuation is subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle and verification of all required documents. Our aim is to offer the highest possible amount for your ELV.
c. Required Documents
To proceed with the sale of your ELV, you must provide the following original or verified copies of documents:
You warrant that all documents provided are authentic, valid, and belong to the registered owner of the ELV. Virat Scrappers reserves the right to reject any vehicle or transaction if documents are found to be fraudulent or incomplete.
d. Vehicle Handover
Upon agreement on the price and successful verification of documents, the ELV will be handed over to Virat Scrappers at a mutually agreed location or our facility.
e. Payment
The agreed amount for the ELV will be transferred directly to the registered owner's bank account as provided via the Cancelled Cheque. Payment will be processed promptly after the vehicle handover and document verification.

Upon the successful acquisition and processing of your ELV, Virat Scrappers will provide you with:
These certificates are crucial for deregistering your vehicle and availing any benefits offered under the vehicle scrapping policy.
5. CoD Trading Assistance
Virat Scrappers will assist you, the customer, in trading your CoD to help you obtain the best possible value, as per prevailing market mechanisms and government guidelines. This assistance is a service provided to enhance your scrapping experience.
6. Vehicle Dismantling & Recycling
Once acquired, ELVs will be depolluted, dismantled, and segregated at our Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility. Ferrous and non-ferrous metals and other recyclable materials will be sent to respective authorized recyclers in an environmentally sound manner, in compliance with RVSF regulations.
7. Data Privacy
Your personal data collected during the process (including RC, Aadhar, PAN, bank details) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Virat Scrappers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the agreed purchase price of your ELV.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi.
10. Amendments to Terms
Virat Scrappers reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our Website, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
